Qualifications
In 1979 Dr Nicholas Kearsley received his MBChB from the University of Sheffield, in 1984 he became MRCGP, a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Medico-Legal experience
Dr Kearsley has prepared over a thousand clinical negligence medico-legal reports. He has extensive experience of claimant and defendant medical negligence work.
He has extensive experience as an expert. He is fully conversant with the implications of the Civil Justice reforms.
Dr Kearsley has attended training courses in medico-legal report writing, giving evidence in court, and the Civil Justice reforms.
General Practice experience
Since 1980 Dr Kearsley has been a General Practitioner. This includes experience as a GP trainer, undergraduate teaching, postgraduate teaching and GP out of hours work.
